Peter Pan’s Flight is undergoing an exterior refresh just in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary this fall. We have been monitoring the progress closely, and while we still don’t know when the exterior facade of the attraction will be complete, themed scrims have officially taken over, to make the refurbishment less of a drag on guests. Generic brown scrims originally covered the outside of the attraction. Earlier this week, a portion of themed scrims that better match the […] The post PHOTOS: Additional Themed Scrim Added Around Peter Pan’s Flight at Magic Kingdom appeared first on WDW News Today.
Welcome to another beautiful day at the Magic Kingdom! Ok, so it didn’t start that way; it was rainy, humid, and the weather app kept saying to “expect thunderstorms.” On the bright side, the crowds remained small this morning and the bus ride to the park felt more like a personal valet. We walked into the park and took a moment to remember those that have fallen from COVID-19 as we saw the flag fly at half-mast today. The castle, […] The post PHOTO REPORT: Magic Kingdom 3/3/21 (Wishables Wednesday, Lt. Hopps MagicBand, Characters, and a Duck) appeared first on WDW News Today.

The struggles of Restaurant Marrakesh and the Morocco Pavilion at EPCOT have been well-documented for a while now. After making a legal filing against the group that operated the food, beverage and merchandise locations, Disney took control back in October, and since then, the pavilion has seen many changes. One of the things that hasn’t changed since the park reopened in July is that Restaurant Marrakesh remains closed. Unfortunately, the latest update from the pavilion isn’t terribly encouraging. After being […] The post PHOTOS: Menus Removed from Front of Restaurant Marrakesh, Meet and Greet Lights On in Morocco Pavilion at EPCOT appeared first on WDW News Today.
