Disney Park Pass Reservations: First Day of Passholder Previews for Test Track Now Sold Out

Annual Passholders looking to preview Test Track will have to follow some specific rules during the upcoming preview period, and you’ll have to act quickly if you want to be one of the first to preview the reimagined ride at EPCOT. As we reported yesterday, Annual Passholder previews of Test Track will begin July 13th. Now, that date has sold out of Disney Park Pass theme park reservations for Annual Passholders, but fear not, there is still an opportunity to ride. Here’s the latest. Test Track Passholder Preview Opening Day Sold Out…Sort Of In order to experience Test Track during the preview period, Passholders will be required to join a Virtual Queue. The Virtual Queue will open at 7am and 1pm. In order to join the 7am Virtual Queue, Annual Passholders are required to have an EPCOT Disney Park Pass theme park reservation. That’s where the hangup is. As you can see in the Disney Park Pass theme park reservation calendar below, the first day of previews (July 13th) is now sold out of reservations for Annual Passholders. Availability could always change, so keep an eye out. In fact, we saw that the theme park reservations were marked as “sold out” pretty quickly after the preview announcement yesterday, but then they opened up again yesterday evening. Now, they have been marked as sold out for hours, leading us to believe that this “sold out” status may hold this time. Either way, fear not

FunShare your CREATIVE Disneyland stories and theories!

We like to praise Disneyland for inspiring our own flights of imagination, so I figure it’s time for us to pony up: What are some specific imaginative thoughts you have about the lands, attractions, etc.? I’ll start with one of mine, pointless but somehow compelling: The T. rex skeleton on Big Thunder Mountain is the remains of the very same beast we see duking it out with the stegosaurus in the Primeval World diorama. The DLRR narrator tells us that the Primeval World is the Grand Canyon (located in northern Arizona) during the Mesozoic Era, and Big Thunder Mountain represents the sandstone buttes and hoodoos of Bryce Canyon in southern Utah. It would be entirely possible for an animal the size of a T. rex to travel from one location to the other, and plausible that she would if her former stomping grounds became inhospitable due to drought and volcanic eruptions. More to the point, there’s something poetic about the idea that Disneyland shows us a T. rex in the American southwest twice, in completely unrelated attractions, and both times it’s the same creature. What little bits of “fanfiction” have you come up with?

We Tried Every Snack at the New Grab-N-Goof Booth at EPCOT—Here’s What You Need to Know

EPCOT’s Cool Kid Summer is in full swing, and one of the newest additions to the foodie scene is the Grab-N-Goof booth located just outside CommuniCore Hall. With a playful twist and kid-friendly vibes, this booth is all about serving up fun, quirky snacks that are sure to catch your eye—and your sweet tooth. We stopped by to try every item on the menu, and here’s our full breakdown so you know what’s worth grabbing during your next visit. Mac & Cheese Bites – 8/10 These were a winner right off the bat. Perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside, and made even better when dipped in the included ranch. This is one of those snacks that both kids and adults will fight over—definitely worth a repeat. Cookies & Cream Ravioli – 5/10 We were intrigued by this one, but it didn’t quite wow us. Think of it as a chocolate dessert with a gooey brownie-batter-like filling. Sweet and rich, but not as memorable as we hoped. Chocolate fans might feel differently, but for us, it was a one-and-done. Goofy’s Gone Fishing – 4/10 This is a sugar bomb wrapped in a cute idea. With gummy sharks, popping boba, and lots of blue slush, it’s a treat made for kids. If you’re looking to keep the sugar crashes to a minimum, you might want to pass on this one before bedtime! Pepperoni Pizza Ravioli – 7/10 Tastes just like your
