The limited edition Star Wars: The Chosen One lightsaber set is now available at Walt Disney World. It has lightsaber hilts from three phases of the life of Anakin Skywalker: padawan, Jedi Knight, and Darth Vader. The set originally debuted at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in August 2024.

You can find the set in Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Dok-Ondar, the Ithorian collector, peddles many lightsaber hilts once belonging to famous Jedi (and Sith), which he has acquired through dubious means. You can see Dok in animatronic form in the shop, and his assistants at the nearby display case can help with selecting the legacy lightsaber you seek.

Legacy lightsabers are hilts only and do not come with blades. Blades can be purchased separately and are available in 26″ or 36″.

The Chosen One Lightsaber Set – $550

The set contains three hilts, each unique to a different era of the Skywalker Saga. It comes in a black wooden box decorated with red accents, including art of Anakin’s transformation into Vader, his castle on Mustafar, and more. When opened, a sound effect of Vader’s iconic breathing is activated.

The commemorative metal label inside has a quote from each phase of Anakin’s life, corresponding with the hilts. It also contains the item number out of 3,000. The one displayed was 2,991. It’s unknown how many are actually available in the park.

The Jedi Padawan quote is from Episode II and reads, “Someday I will be. I will be the most powerful Jedi ever. I promise you. I will even learn how to stop people from dying.”

The Jedi Knight quote is, “Something’s happening. I’m not the Jedi I should be. I want more. And I know I shouldn’t.” The line is from Episode III.

The Vader quote is from “Kenobi,” from the final encounter between Obi-Wan and the Sith Lord — “I am not your failure, Obi-Wan. You didn’t kill Anakin Skywalker. I did.”
