While various steak options have been available at Café Orleans in Disneyland Park, we are pleased to report that the Steak Frites entrée has finally returned to the menu.
Cafe Orleans is located in New Orleans Square, across from the Fantasmic! viewing area.
Steak Frites – $32
Ribeye Round, Petite Watercress Salad and Béarnaise Sauce
We feel it is not an exaggeration to call this one of the best steaks in Disneyland Park, and possibly one of the best in all Disney Parks. The ribeye was flavored wonderfully and was a decent size for the cost.
The large carving of meat is covered with a small watercress salad that was flavorful without being distracting. A small cup of béarnaise sauce is placed on the side of the plate, though we rarely needed it.
Our ribeye was cooked perfectly to order.
The ‘frites’ or fries that come with the dish are some of the best in the history of Café Orleans. They are cut nice and thick, served with a crunchy outside, and covered in a sprinkle of melty cheese. They were warm and soft on the inside.

The Steak Frites dish is also included as the standard entrée for the new Fantasmic! Dining Package, which includes a three-course meal and a viewing location for Fantasmic! later in the evening. The Café Orleans Premium Package just became available this week on January 10 of 2025.
