On the Disney Treasure cruise ship, there are a variety of room styles to choose from, and most types come in two or more different themes. We toured a “Finding Nemo” Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah, and now we’re taking a look at two more of the same stateroom style — one themed to “Aladdin” and the other to “Pocahontas.”

Categories

The Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah sleeps 3-5 guests and has four classifications:

  • Category 4A: Decks 10 and 11
  • Category 4B: Decks 8 and 9
  • Category 4C: Decks 6 and 7
  • Category 4E: Decks 6, 9 and 10
    • features an oversized private balcony

Both the Aladdin and Pocahontas themed Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandahs that we toured are category 4C.

This room style comes in two options. The first is 243 sq. ft. and sleeps 3-4 guests between a queen bed, a single convertible sofa, and an upper berth single pull-down over the sofa. They have split bath layouts with a sink and tub in one room and a sink and toilet in another.

The other option is is 284 sq. ft. with room for 4-5 guests and an extended balcony. It has a queen bed, a single convertible sofa, an upper berth pull-down over the sofa, and single wall pull-down. It has the same split bath layout.

Entry

Step into the enchanting Aladdin Staterooms aboard the Disney Treasure. Your cozy cabin, room number 7566, is bathed in natural light and features a comfortable bed adorned with patterned bedding.

The layout and amenities are the same regardless of the theme. The entry is a small hallway with closets on one side and bathroom doors on the other.

The closets have lighting that turns on when the door is opened. One side has a rod with hangars. This is also where guests can find the ladder for the pull-down berth bed. The other side of the closet has shelves, a mini safe, a laundry bag, and life preservers in adult and youth sizes.

Split Bathroom

The bathroom features a split layout. On one side is a sink and toilet. On the other is the shower/bathtub combination and another sink.

Stateroom

After the hall is the main sleeping space with a queen bed. The main themed decoration in each stateroom is the wall behind the bed.

The Disney Treasure's Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms boast a hotel bed with white pillows and linens, framed by a decorative wall mural reminiscent of Aladdin and Pocahontas staterooms, showcasing an ornate arch that captures a distant cityscape with domes at sunset.

In this style, the artwork resembles the view from an ornate balcony overlooking Agrabah, with the palace in the distance. The scene is bathed in a purple twilight and the shadow of Abu is on the banister.

The Disney Treasure stateroom boasts an inviting bed, blue-carpeted floor, and a gray sofa adorned with blue and beige pillows. A small round table accompanies a framed map on the wall, while a wardrobe stands to the right, capturing the enchanting spirit of Aladdin and Pocahontas.

The sleeping area and living area can be separated by a curtain. The sofa converts to a single bed, and another single bed pulls down from the cabinet beside it.

A framed vintage-style map hangs on the wall above a gray sofa adorned with beige and black pillows, offering an elegant touch reminiscent of a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom.

Over the sofa is another piece of “Aladdin” theming — a map of Agrabah and the surrounding desert.

Across from the sofa is a desk with an ottoman and a lighted mirror. The phone is located here, as well as shelves and drawers for additional storage. Guests will find the hair dryer in a drawer here rather than in the bathroom. The furthest, largest drawer contains the mini fridge.

Entry

A hotel room entrance with the number 7568 displayed on the wall. The door, like a portal to a Disney Treasure, is open, revealing part of the room interior—a comfortable bed and curtains swaying gently in the background.

The Pocahontas themed staterooms have a beetle on the room number placard.

The entry area is the same as the other styles.

Split Bathroom

The bathrooms are equipped with Disney-branded toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion) and Frette-brand bath towels with the Disney Cruise Line logo.

Stateroom

The hotel room features a neatly made double bed and a bunk bed, with warm lighting casting a cozy glow. A towel folded into an animal shape adds charm, while the nature-themed wall mural whispers echoes of Pocahontas's adventures in this enchanting space.

This room was set up so we could see the full bed configurations. There was also a towel turtle waiting on the queen bed. There are two small wall-mounted nightstands on either side of the bed with lamps and reading lights, as well as a variety of outlets.

The hotel room features a large bed adorned with white bedding and wooden side tables. Wall lamps provide warm lighting, while a mural depicting a forest scene at sunset reflects the serene beauty reminiscent of Pocahontas. Beige curtains to the left complete this tranquil oasis.

Above the headboard is a mural of Pocahontas in a canoe traveling down a river. Tall trees tower on either side. Branches and leaves frame the mural and Meeko can be seen on a tree stump in the foreground.

The Disney Treasure room boasts a bunk bed setup in a compact space, complete with a cozy sofa bed below and a double bed in the background. Enhanced by wood furnishings and a patterned dark carpet, it mirrors the charm of Aladdin and Pocahontas Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms.

The sofa converts to a single bed and another single bed pulls down from the ceiling directly above. A ladder is provided for accessing the upper berth.

Bunk bed with a gray upholstered lower bed and a white upper bed, reminiscent of Disney Treasure, featuring a metal ladder on the right against a room with patterned carpet.

Instead of a pull-out bed that would use up floor space, the bed converts within the frame of the sofa.

In a cozy, small room, a Disney Treasure awaits—a folded-down wall-mounted bunk bed adorned with white bedding and a safety rail, offering an enchanting sleep above another bed.

The upper berth has rails on the three exposed sides.

Special art is on the ceiling above the upper berth and is only visible when the bed is pulled down. The art features the Genie regardless of the room’s theme. It reads “Phenomenal Genie Powers!” and “itty-bitty living space.”

The other single bed pulls down from the cabinet beside the couch. It blocks the verandah door when set up.

Artwork in this room features Flit the hummingbird.
