Team Members are now sporting their brand new nametags at Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Team Members Get New Nametags
We previously reported a few months ago that all Universal Orlando Team Members would be recieving new nametags sometime in early 2025. Universal has dubbed this the “Stargazer” design. During our most recent trip, over half of the Team Members were already sporting their new tags, and the rest will likely receive them soon.
The new Universal Orlando nametags feature a simple blue line design with icons representing each of the parks in the resort. The icons include the lighthouse from Universal Islands of Adventure, Krakatau from Universal Volcano Bay, the Universal Orlando Resort globe, the Chronos from Epic Universe, and the arch from Universal Studios Florida. Stars dot the sky above each Team Member’s name.
While not confirmed explicitly by Universal, the new nametag design is likely part of the many preparations being made by Universal Orlando Resort for the opening of their new Epic Universe theme park. We just recently posted an Epic Universe construction update, as well as a look at the new road signs for the upcoming Stella Nova Resort. Since these new nametags feature the Chronos icon that will stand at the entrance of Epic Universe, it is reasonable to guess these name tags will be used through the new park’s opening.
Do you like the new Team Member nametags, or did you prefer the older design? Let us know in the comments.
