Understanding the Epic Universe Ticket System
When planning a trip to Epic Universe, it is important to understand your ticket purchasing options. As of now, only select Multi-Day Tickets are available. Depending on the chosen type, these tickets grant guests admission to the existing Universal Orlando Resort parks for a minimum of two days and one day at Epic Universe.
This means that a non-Passholder can only visit Epic Universe in its opening months for one day as part of a full Universal Orlando Resort Vacation. Passholders will be able to purchase single-day tickets starting on October 24.

Understanding that a visit to Epic Universe will, as of now, require purchasing admission to the existing parks, the best way to get the most for your money is to experience the entire resort! With Epic Universe, Universal Orlando Resort has become a destination where guests can spend an entire week visiting, rather than completing everything in a weekend.
The good news is that Universal has not put all of its recent efforts into Epic Universe alone. In the past few years, Universal Orlando Resort has improved its existing parks immensely, adding new attractions and experiences you won’t want to miss.
In 2023, Universal Studios Florida opened “Villain-Con Minion Blast,” an arcade shooter ride themed to the “Despicable Me” franchise. Also, the new DreamWorks Land has introduced a new dedicated area where guests can meet Shrek and Donkey, try “Kung-Fu Panda” themed food, ride a “Trolls” rollercoaster, and more!
Over in Universal Islands of Adventure, Hagrid’s Magical Creature Motorbike Adventure opened in 2019, adding an incredible new attraction to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade. Jurassic World VelociCoaster opened in 2021, and is an award-winning coaster that takes guests higher than any other rollercoaster in Universal Orlando Resort!
Even Universal CityWalk has semi-recent offerings, such as the “Jurassic World” and “Back to the Future” escape rooms at Universal’s Great Movie Escape!
