It looks like the trolley car is going away in the next few months, as part of the expansion to Trademarked Superhero Character Campus:

I understand the thinking here — they need to get DCA’s numbers up to alleviate the pressure of crowds on Disneyland proper — and I’m sure it would close down to make room for whatever’s replacing Hollywoodland (Avatar, I guess?) soon enough, but I can’t pretend that this isn’t removing a thing I personally enjoy for an expansion I personally am unlikely to ever visit.
So, you know, if the trolley is something you enjoy, might make sense to enjoy it sooner rather than later.
