Hey folks, I’m hoping someone here has experience with this. I placed an order from a third-party seller through a popular online marketplace. Everything seemed normal until the package got marked as delivered… but I never received it. I contacted the seller directly, and they asked me to “check with neighbors” and “wait a few more days.” It’s now been over a week with no updates, and I’m not sure what my next step should be. I don’t want to jump to conclusions or leave unfair feedback, but I also don’t want to be left without what I paid for. Has anyone here gone through this kind of thing before? What worked best for you in resolving it?
