Last week, we attended Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom, and it was a holiday dream come true! From dazzling parades and magical fireworks to festive treats, the night was filled with holiday cheer. Here’s a breakdown of all the cookies, cocoa, and specialty menu items we enjoyed during the event.

Complimentary Cookies and Cocoa

One of the best perks of the party is the complimentary cookies and cocoa, available at several stations around the park. With unlimited refills, these sweet treats are the perfect addition to your holiday adventure. Here’s how we rated each one:

  • Buttercream Frosted Gingerbread Cookie: 8/10
A soft and flavorful cookie with just the right amount of gingerbread spice. The buttercream frosting added a sweet finishing touch.
  • Egg Nog: 3/10
This was a miss for us. While festive, the flavor just wasn’t for us. If you enjoy egg nog, you may like it!

  • Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookie: 9/10
A perfect blend of salty and sweet. The caramel and pretzel bits elevated this classic cookie to the next level.
  • Hot Cocoa: 9/10
Rich, creamy, and comforting—everything you want in a cup of hot cocoa on a chilly Florida night.

  • Red Velvet Cake Cookie: 7/10
A good option for red velvet fans, though it could have used some cream cheese frosting.
  • Apple Cider: 10/10
Absolutely delicious! Cold, spiced, and perfectly balanced—a holiday favorite for sure.

  • Buttercream Frosted Tree-Shaped Sugar Cookie: 9/10
A buttery, soft sugar cookie with festive frosting. This one’s a classic holiday winner.

Specialty Party Menu Items

In addition to the complimentary treats, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party also offers exclusive specialty menu items for purchase. Here’s what we tried:

Holiday Dinner Loaded French Fries
Location: Casey’s Corner

Rating: 9/10
Turkey, gravy, fried onions, and cranberry sauce come together for a savory and festive twist on classic fries. This dish was hearty and satisfying—a must-try for anyone craving holiday flavors.

Lasagna Flatbread:
Location: Pinocchio Village Haus

Rating: 8/10
Topped with Italian sausage, meatballs, a five-cheese blend, ricotta cheese, and pesto, this flatbread was a hit. It’s the perfect option for anyone looking for a hearty meal during the party, it’s very filling!
