The recreation options at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort are plentiful! There are 3 pools total and a splash pad located with the main pool. The Big Blue Pool is the main pool at this resort and happens to be the largest swimming pool on Walt Disney World Property! The Big Blue Pool is inspired by Finding Nemo and has a great splash pad for the little ones to enjoy! There are 2 other pools at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. The Cozy Cone Pool is located in the Radiator Springs are of this resort and is a smaller pool than The Big Blue Pool but, is a lot of fun and is Cars themed! Last but certainly not least is the Flippin’ Fins Pool that is themed after The Little Mermaid! Each pool has towels available that are complimentary to guests staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Pool lifts and other access options are available for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Pool hours vary depending on the weather and season. Be sure to ask the front desk or a cast member about pool hours. They are generally from 10am until 11pm however, this can change so it’s best to always ask!

Mobile Ordering is available here and some dining plans are accepted here. The other dining option at this resort is “The Drop Off” which is located at The Big Blue Pool and serves specialty cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails, sandwiches, chicken strips and other lite bites to eat.
