During the 70th Celebration, MagicBand+ offers unique experiences inspired by the park’s original attractions, bringing history and innovation together in magical ways.
Seek Surprises Around the Park
Embark on a quest through Disneyland Park and discover enchanting MagicBand+ moments at five specially themed locations. Each stop pays tribute to beloved opening-day attractions, allowing guests to tap into Disneyland’s rich history—literally! Check the Disneyland app map to find the featured locations:
• Tilly’s Booth at Main Street Cinema
• Frontierland Booth at Silver Spur Supplies (celebrating The Golden Horseshoe, Mark Twain Riverboat, and Disneyland Railroad)
• Fantasyland Window by Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (featuring nods to Snow White, Mad Tea Party, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, Peter Pan’s Flight, and King Arthur Carrousel)
• Skipper Lockers near Jungle Cruise in Adventureland
• Autopia in Tomorrowland – coming soon!
At each location, guests can tap their MagicBand+ to activate special light effects, music, and sounds tailored to the attraction being honored. It’s a nostalgic nod to Disneyland’s roots with a fun, tech-savvy twist.
How to Participate
Participation is simple for guests who already have a MagicBand+. If you don’t own one yet, they’re available at select Disneyland Resort shops and the Disney Store.
Here’s how to start your adventure:
1. Visit any of the five designated locations throughout Disneyland Park.
2. Tap your MagicBand+ at each special touch point to unlock the unique effects.
3. Complete all five interactions to make your 70th Celebration more memorable!
Some locations even offer a collectible souvenir printout at three of the five stops. Each guest may receive one per location per day, while supplies last.
Know Before You Go
Make sure your MagicBand+ is fully charged and linked to your Disney account. Park admission and a reservation for Disneyland Park are also required. Need help? Visit Guest Services or a MagicBand+ kiosk for assistance.
