The festive season is in full swing, so you’ll likely find our Disney Parks Blog team stationed in front of the Favorites of Festivals Past Holiday Kitchen at EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth. This has become one of our favorite stops, featuring popular dishes — like Reuben Croquettes, Brown Sugar and Mustard-glazed Ham Sliders, and a Panettone Holiday Trifle — inspired from previous EPCOT festivals. And this year, we were given the opportunity to try the beloved dishes and beverages, so I teamed up with Nicole from Disney Eats to sample the menu. I truly believe there’s nothing quite like New York during the holidays, which is why I recently found myself braving the cold and crowds of Times Square on a brisk morning to take in the seasonal sights. At this time of year, the city feels even more electric than usual, the streets are overflowing with jolly decor, and many people (myself included) make the journey to the Big Apple with one goal in mind – shopping.
