With Disneyland Forward appearing to start taking shape soon I was wondering if anyone has a solid list of the land Disney owns in the area. Like I know there was news earlier this year that they purchased the offsite parade warehouse they had been renting, and we know about Company D, I’ve also seen posts about them potentially owning some of the low housing land next to the Toy Story parking lot, and the Candy Cane Inn. With where they are putting Coco I assume at least some of the current backstage buildings might need to get moved offsite too(?)
Also, so far Micecast is the only source I’ve heard mention this, but they said that Disney has plans to extend Downtown Disney into the current shuttle drop off area when the Eastern Gateway opens, so not just Avatar and the pedestrian bridge going in that plot of land but apparently more downtown Disney and maybe even a new hotel was what it sounded like.
