Here’s a special party idea I might actually pay a solid premium for:
How about a night where there are no cel phones permitted in Walt’s Magic Kingdom, no ride reservations, reserved queues or upgrades, no food preorders or reservations. no FastPass, Genie or whatever they call it now. First come first served. Just buy an advance limited number ticket (no more than 40,000 sold) and have free run of the park like in the Passport Days of the 1980s to 2020s. All transactions are cash sales. That way the outer world cannot intrude on your special night through technology. Call it Passport Party?
Another alternative: Ticket to Ride Party. Same as above except with printed A-E Ticket books to recapture the feeling of 1950s to 70s Disneyland. Choice of rides are limited to the tickets you have in hand.
An attempt to return to Disneyland to The Happiest Place on Earth — if only for one special night (or nights). Dance bands, Tinker Bell and fireworks too.
