Before anyone asks, yes I set up alerts with M Dining.
I’m only seeing wide open, all day Blue Bayou availability for parties of 3 or 4 guests (even open for July 17, you’re welcome). Absolutely nothing for single or paired diners.
Whats up with that? Is it a new thing? Just seems like a massive waste of time locking up tables so bigger parties can book, and then presumably opening the reservations closer to the actual day. I can easily rsvp at other sit down locations with no problem, just NOT BB.
