Pym Test Kitchen at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure is a uniquely themed dining experience where science meets flavor. Inspired by the Ant-Man and the Wasp films, this quick-service restaurant uses “Pym Particles” to play with food proportions, resulting in oversized and shrunken culinary creations. Guests can enjoy imaginative dishes like the giant Quantum Pretzel or the Not-so-Little Chicken Sandwich. The setting mimics a high-tech lab with fun nods to Marvel lore, making it a must-visit for fans. With inventive eats and immersive theming, Pym Test Kitchen offers a delicious adventure for superheroes of all ages!
I recently had the chance to dine here and had a Marvel-ous experience! The food is phenomenal and so much fun! This is one of the more decently priced quick-service locations in the park (in my opinion) that serves up really delicious food with generous portion sizes. Here’s what I was able to try during my recent visit…
Humongous Taco Salad
Taco Shell loaded with Romaine tossed in Chipotle Ranch, topped with Chicken, Corn, Bell Pepper, Cotija and Avocado
This humongous taco shell is filled with delicious chicken salad! My only complaint is that I wish they had added more chicken, but the portion size is huge, and all the ingredients taste fresh! If you’re craving something hearty and more on the healthy side, I highly recommend this one!
Proton Punch
Lemonade, Berry Purée, Cherry Flavor-filled Boba and Grenadine-filled Pipette
Straight to the point, this is as delicious as it looks! It’s refreshing and not overly sugary. It’s such a fun drink with a good “punch”. The cherry-flavored boba, along with the grenadine-filled pipette, adds some fun to the drink. Both kids and adults will enjoy this one!
Choco Smash Bar
With Dark Chocolate, Peanuts, Caramel, Nougat, and Chocolate Brownie
This candy bar is HUGE! This can be cut up and easily shared between 2-4 people. It’s very similar to a Snickers Bar, but this has brownie in it. It’s very rich, and I ended up wrapping it up and saving it to snack on later after only 3-4 bites. This dessert has been all the hype for a few years, and I now see why. Don’t miss out on trying this Choco Smash dessert when you dine here!
