The café is structured like a themed food court, featuring four distinct stations, each inspired by a character from Cars:
• Luigi’s Pizza: This restaurant serves hand-tossed pizzas, including classics like cheese and pepperoni, as well as rotating specialty options.
• Tow Mater’s Grill: This restaurant offers grilled favorites such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, bratwurst sausages, chicken tenders, and crispy fries.
• Fillmore’s Favorites: This spot offers lighter fare, such as freshly made sandwiches, paninis, wraps, salads, and fresh fruit.
• Ramone’s Cantina: This station allows guests to build their own tacos and bowls with choices like seasoned beef, chicken, rice, beans, fajita vegetables, and a variety of toppings including guacamole, salsa, sour cream, queso fresco, and Mexican cheese blend. This is one of our favorite spots to grab a bite to eat for lunch!
Flo’s Café is open daily from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., except when the ship is docked at Castaway Cay. Operating hours may vary, so we recommend checking the Disney Cruise Line app for specific times during your voyage.
