- Lemon and herb-baked turkey breast
- French toast with strawberries
- Honey-glazed ham
- Sautéed spring vegetables with tarragon mustard sauce
- Cavatappi pasta, featuring garlic, truffles, mushrooms and fine herbs
- Chilaquiles
- Salmon with corn polenta and spring succotash
- An array of breakfast options, both hot and cold
- Assorted sweets, including warm bread pudding with vanilla sauce

Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet
Served from 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM, this all-you-care-to-enjoy dinner buffet features:
- Prime rib roast with creamy horseradish and au jus
- Lemon and herb-baked turkey breast
- Airline chicken with basmati rice
- Baked salmon with stewed beluga lentils
- Sautéed spring vegetables with tarragon mustard sauce
- Roasted pork loin
- Garlic mashed potatoes
- Cavatappi pasta, featuring garlic, truffles, mushrooms and fine herbs
- An array of fruit, vegetables and cheese
- Assorted sweets, including warm bread pudding with vanilla sauce

The last seating will be at 8:30 PM, and the final Character appearances will take place at 9:00 PM.
