Halloween Horror Nights 2025 Dates Announced for Universal Orlando
Universal Orlando has officially announced the 2025 dates for its highly anticipated Halloween Horror Nights event. This spine-chilling celebration will take place on select nights from August 29 through November 2, 2025. Known as The World’s Premier Halloween Event, Halloween Horror Nights invites brave souls to face their fears with terrifying haunted houses, sinister scare zones, outrageous live entertainment, and access to some of Universal Studios’ most thrilling attractions.

In 2024, the event ran every night of the week except Mondays and Tuesdays. In 2025, Halloween Horror Nights will once again take over Universal Studios Florida, resulting in the park closing to day guests on event nights. The atmosphere is guaranteed to be electrifying as guests immerse themselves in the horror, making memories that will send shivers down their spines for years to come.
The 2025 event is expected to follow the same format as previous years, featureing 10 custom-designed haunted houses, 5 sinister scare zones, and a mouthwatering array of food and drink options themed to the year’s unique stories. The lineup of attractions for this years event is certain to change, as Rip Ride Rockit will be closed due to the attraction being replaced this year. As a fan-favorite event that has been named the Best Halloween Event by Amusement Today’s Golden Ticket Awards 14 times, Halloween Horror Nights continues to evolve, promising fresh frights and unforgettable thrills every year.

Important Details for 2025
- Tickets: On sale later this year, typically around April. Note this is a separately ticketed event that is NOT included in your park tickets.
- Premier Passholder Perks: Premier Passholders will receive one free entry on select nights, but for the first time ever, reservations will be required to secure your preferred date.
- Warning: This event may be too intense for young children and is not recommended for those under 13. Costumes and costume masks are not permitted.
