During this latest wave of menu changes arriving at Disneyland Park, several old menu items have returned to Troubadour Tavern in Fantasyland. All of these items were originally added as seasonal offerings during Pixar Fest in 2024, though with different names.
Troubadour Tavern is located right next to the entrance of the Fantasyland Theatre.
Ube Popcorn Mix – $8.79
Ube-flavored Popcorn made with M&M’S Milk Chocolate Candies, freeze dried SKITTLES bite sized candies and Pretzel Sticks
This popcorn mix was previously on the menu as a seasonal mix inspired by “Inside Out” during Pixar Fest. This new popcorn has a changed name but is the same flavor as the original mix.
It may have been a fluke, but our serving did not come with the advertised pretzel sticks. Nonetheless, the ube gives the popcorn a berry flavor that mixes well with the sweet candies and salt.

BBQ Burnt Ends Potato – $11.49
Brisket Burnt Ends tossed in Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce, served with Creamy Slaw, Pickle Spear and Onion-flavored Snacks
The burnt ends provide the smoky flavor you would want and expect when ordering this item. The toppings all taste good and the BBQ sauce is nice and sweet, but they all just sit on the top of the potato. It felt like we got a delicious first bite, but the rest of the potato was plain once we dug in deeper.

Chicken Al Pastor Potato – $11.49
Chicken Al Pastor, Cheese, Avocado Salsa and Sour Cream, topped with Onion and Cilantro with Spiced Corn Chip Crumble
Out of the two loaded potato dishes, we recommend this one more. The avocado, salsa, and sour cream all blend to make the potato rich and creamy. We wish there was more chicken, but only because we liked it so much.

Chocolate-Butterscotch Cold Brew – $6.79
Dark Chocolate Cold Brew with Butterscotch Topper and Wafer Cookie
This cold brew is definitely on the sweeter side with the topping, but the strong coffee strikes a perfect balance. We also tasted a great butterscotch flavor mixed through the drink.
