Just saw a couple YouTube videos featuring NOS/Frontierland Station and the new HM gift shop.

Disneyland is becoming unrecognizable. What have they done to the station across the tracks? What’s with the boarded up bull pen? What’s with the construction wall hiding the burned-out CM break room/freight shed? And not being allowed to use the water tower to fill the locomotive tenders is a crime.
I’m at a complete loss regarding the HM gift shop. An absolute monstrosity that all of Imagineering should be embarrassed about.
Years ago Kevin Yee and others warned us against being like frogs in boiling water, sensitized as bits and pieces of Disneyland’s charm was being meticulously whittled away, only to be poo-pooed and shamed by the “Disneyland will never be completed…” and Disneyland isn’t a museum” crowd.
And now we’re seeing the results of that mentality. I hope they’re happy.
