Earl the Squirrel is featured on the 2024 UOAP (Universal Orlando Annual Passholder) holiday t-shirt and ornament.
We found these in the Universal Studios Store at Universal Studios Florida.
UOAP Earl the Squirrel T-Shirt – $30
The short-sleeved tee is a light gray color. The UOAP-exclusive Earl the Squirrel artwork is on the chest. It features Earl reading a book while lounging in front of a Christmas tree and fireplace.
The key art is packed full of references:
- Earl’s book is “The Story of Mistletoe Pines”
- A “Back to the Future” hoverboard is one of the gifts next to him
- The letters on the block gift are “J” and “A,” the first two letters of “Jaws”
- A Speak and Spell from E.T. is next to his footrest
- The dog lounging in front of him with sunglasses and a stopwatch is Einstein from “Back to the Future”
- A plush Woody Woodpecker is in one of the stockings
- Blue the Velociraptor is in the other stocking
- The boat on the mantelpiece is the Orca from “Jaws”
- The clock is Felix the Cat
- One of the Christmas tree ornaments is the mosquito trapped in amber from “Jurassic Park”
- Another ornament is a globe, the icon of Universal
- The squirrel popping out of a tree is a reference to the lore of Earl the Squirrel, which states a squirrel made its home in the giant Universal Christmas tree
UOAP Ornament – $12
This ornament is a brown rectangle with rounded corners. It has a black ribbon. The same Easter egg-packed key art is on the front of the ornament. The back features Earl in a wreath with string lights. He’s above a wood plank carved with “UOAP,” but an acorn replaces the “O.”
