Disney’s Coronado Springs is a moderate resort at The Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. This resort has so much to offer! Great theming, plentiful and unique dining options, fun recreation, a business center and so much more! This resort is inspired by Spanish, Mexican, and Southwest American cultures. It has a very romantic feel. Speaking of romance and elegance, Disney’s Gran Destino Tower was an addition to Disney’s Coronado Springs in July of 2019. The tower has a Deluxe Resort appearance with a lower price being in the moderate resorts category.



There are an array of options when it comes to choosing a room at Disney’s Coronado Springs to accommodate the whole family including standard rooms, preferred rooms, suites, Deluxe suites with exclusive Club access. There is even a room that sleeps up to 8 adults which is the Casitas – Executive Suite. This room has 1 King Bed and 2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa. Standard rooms sleep up to 4 adults.

  • Toledo: Toledo is a table service Restaurant at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and food ranges from seafood, steak, or Spanish Cuisine. Pricing: $$$ ($35 to $59.99 peradult) Advanced reservations are highly recommended and private dining is available upon request. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here. 
  • Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago: This waterfront restaurant inspired by Spanish American cultures is a casual dining restaurant at Coronado Springs Resort. Everything on the menu is delicious but, we recommend the burger, the churros, and the Roasted Corn Dip. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here as well as Mobile Order on your My Disney Experience App.

  • Rix Sports Bar & Grill: Sports fans, this one is for you! Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner this dining location is a casual dining style Restaurant with 31 state-of-the-art TVs to view sporting events. Breakfast – 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Lunch – 11:00 AM to 4:55 PM, Dinner – 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Meal Pricing: $$ $15-34.99 per person. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here.

  • Dahlia Lounge: The Dahlia Lounge is a stunning rooftop lounge inspired by Spanish surrealism. From the balcony, you can spot spectacular views of Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This lounge has a full bar and lite bites and is open from 5pm-12am daily.

  • Barcelona Lounge: This Spanish-style lounge is beautiful and has a full bar as well as an espresso bar. This is a day to night lounge serving lite bites such as an excellent charcuterie board. Hours are 6:30am-12:00pm and 3:00pm-12:00am daily. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here.

  • Siestas Cantina: This poolside dining location has tasty cocktails and delicious food options such as Mac n Cheese bites, sandwiches, tacos, sandwiches, and more! This dining location is located at the main pool at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort called The Dig Site. Hours are 10:00am-10:00pm daily and The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here. Pricing varies.

  • Maya Grill: A grand Mexican dining style restaurant with a wide variety of delicious options and is open for dinner daily from 5:00pm-10:00pm. Pricing for the dinner menu is $15-$34.99 per person. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here.
  • Cafe Rix: Cafe Rix has some of the best coffee on Walt Disney World property in our opinion and includes specialty coffees, pastries, yogurt, quick snacks, and smoothies. This location is open daily from 7:00am-12:30pm. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here.
  • Laguna Bar: The Laguna Bar is a lakeside tequila and mezcal bar serving a wide variety of your favorite adult beverages and is open daily from 5:00pm-11:00pm. Disney Dining Plans are not accepted here. This is a great spot to relax after a day at the parks with incredible atmosphere.
  • El Mercado de Coronado: This is the “food court” at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and is open daily from 7:00am-11:00pm serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This location has both American and Mexican fare. Pricing is $15-$34.99. The Disney Dining Plan is accepted here.

  • Pools: There are 4 pools total at this resort. The main pool complete with a playground area, game area, and water slide is called the Dig Site. Here you will also find the largest hot tub on Walt Disney World property. There are also 3 leisure pools located throughout the resort with a more quaint feel.
  • Movies under the Stars: You can watch your favorite Disney movies on the Gran Destino Lawn 8pm Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
  • Coronado Springs Campfire Activities: Roast marshmallows by the fire located at Dig Site Pool 6pm-7pm nightly weather permitting.
  • Colors of Coronado Painting Experience: A master-led painting class taking place every Friday from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Pricing is $45 per person. This is a 2 hour led class located at Toledo Tapas, Steak, and Seafood. When you are done with your masterpiece, you will have a 11”x 14” piece of art that makes a great memento to bring home!

  • Spanish Mosaic Art: A 2 hour experience in which you design a mosaic that blends seasonal elements with your favorite Disney characters and stories. This is another fun experience that will have you bringing a little magical memento home with you. Spanish Mosaic Art takes place at The Dahlia Lounge on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. and is $30 per person.
  • Sports: This includes Volleyball and a 0.9 mile running trail.
  • Playground: An archaeologically themed playground for kids located at The Dig Site Pool
  • Arcade: located near The Dig Site Main pool
  • Spa and Fitness: La Vida Health Club is a full-service facility with workout equipment and spa services. There is also a fitness center located in the Gran Destino Tower.
