A 20-year-old Iowa man was arrested for indecent exposure after authorities said he was masturbating in his car at a Disney Springs parking garage this summer.

Benjamin Humpal-Pash pleaded not guilty to exposure of sexual organs, a misdemeanor, according to Orange Circuit Court records.
An Orange County Sheriff’s deputy caught Humpal-Pash in the act, the arrest affidavit said.
The incident happened just before 7 p.m., Aug. 11, according to a recently released Orange County Sheriff’s arrest affidavit. The sheriff’s office takes weeks to release public records which is why WDWNT is reporting his arrest now.
Humpal-Pash was masturbating in plain view since his car windows had no tint parked on the fourth floor in a busy Disney Springs parking garage on a weekend evening, the arrest report said.
“His penis was clearly seen by a father with two kids, and the Deputy Sheriff providing security inside the Lime garage,” the document said. “The defendant had his penis out in a public place, performing an indecent act. The defendant was parked in a busy parking garage, where he should have known various persons would walk by and clearly see inside his vehicle.”
Humpal-Pash listed he was in the Disney College Program 2023-2024, according to his social media and LinkedIn page.
Humpal-Pash and his attorney did not respond to a message for comment for this story.
Disney Springs is the popular outdoor shopping and restaurant complex near the theme parks that was named one of the top places in the world to visit by the New York Times in 2018.
But WDWNT has also reported multiple crimes and people behaving inappropriately over the years at the admission-fee-free shopping & dining district.
Perhaps the most memorable was in 2022 when two New Jersey sisters got into a drunken brawl at Disney Springs. They pulled each other’s hair and began slapping each other. One sister, who was 29 at the time, took off her clothes and was only wearing her underwear and sandals by the time the sheriff’s office arrived.
