A few changes have arrived at the Imagination! Pavilion in EPCOT: new signage has been installed for the refurbished DVC Lounge, and the elevator shaft once painted by Imagineer Walter Peregoy has been painted in a new color scheme.

New DVC Lounge Signage

A counter with a sign showing "Member Lounge currently closed today." Another sign reads "Imaginarium, a Member Lounge." The setup is within a brightly colored area with a plant beside the counter.

New signage for the Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium – A Member Lounge has been added to a podium at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the space. The new name for the lounge was revealed in August.

A sign reading "Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium A Member Lounge" is mounted on a wall at the corner of a countertop.

The sign is a rectangle with rounded edges, and is a cool blue color. The wordmark for the ImaginAtrium is white, along with the rest of the text.

A staircase leads to the "Disney Vacation Club Imaginarium Preview Center" with a blue sign and purple geometric walls. Shelves with colorful items are visible on the left.

The new signage is also present on a tall beam at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the lounge.

Once open, the Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium will feature an “engaging new exhibit of archival photos and images,” comfortable seating, complimentary soft drinks, a children’s entertainment area, Wi-Fi, and member services advisors. The lounge will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Repainted Walter Peregoy Elevator Shaft

While checking out the new signage, we also noticed that the elevator shaft up to the lounge, which features the style of Disney Imagineer Walter Peregoy, had been repainted in a new color scheme.

The freeform panels, which were previously white, are painted in shades of blue and teal green.

Here is another painted section, now a pale shade of light blue-green.

A brightly colored, modern interior boasts a spiral ramp with artistic design, featuring curved metal railings and an abstract ceiling mural reminiscent of EPCOT. The space evokes the creative touch of Walter Peregoy, blending innovation with vibrant aesthetics, ideal for a stylish DVC Lounge.

The above photo shows what the elevator shaft looked like before the newest update. As you can see, the panels were completely white.
