When you book a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you expect to have an incredible time during your trip; after all, it is The Most Magical Place on Earth. And if you live close to Disney World, you might think it’s financially smarter to invest in an Annual Pass, especially if you plan on visiting more than once per year.

There are four different types of Disney World Annual Passes — the Incredi-Pass, the Sorcerer Pass, the Pirate Pass, and the Pixie Pass — and each come with benefits, including discounts on select food and merchandise and free theme park parking.

Guests who purchase an Annual Pass have the option to either pay in full or give a down payment and then have monthly payments automatically deducted from the account they provide. What is important to note about the Annual Pass and its payments is that there is almost no instance in which Disney would refund you the money for the pass or stop the monthly payments. Even if a guest’s pass is revoked for some reason, Disney still gets the money.

There are different ways that an Annual Passholder can get their Pass revoked by Disney, and recently, one guest visiting EPCOT learned that fighting with security will not only get your pass revoked, but can even have you banned from the park for at least one year.

In a video posted to TikTok by Mazie Green, a woman can be seen cursing at a police officer in the World Showcase. She is heard calling him names as he tells her to start walking, and she tells him to shut up and gets very close to his face. The woman can be seen with what looks like a young boy, a young girl, and a child in a stroller, all of whom commentators assume are her children.

The video cuts as the woman starts to walk with the police officers and a Disney cast member following her, but according to Mazie, the situation didn’t end there. The woman ended up escalating things, resulting in her arrest.

Update: I don’t have any other videos because I ran out of storage😭😭 but she ended up getting kicked out of the park then she started getting handsy with the cops and they arrested her and took her. Not sure what happened but she was not happy that she wasn’t getting her way since she WAS a passholder😭😭😭

We do not know what prompted the incident or why police were called to the scene. However, Disney cast members typically try to de-escalate a situation before calling for legal intervention. We do not know if the woman received a ban from the park, but based on what Disney has done in the past, it is probable that she was told she can’t return for a certain amount of time.

Have you ever seen a guest fight with Disney cast members or police officers? Were they arrested or simply escorted out of the theme park? What do you think Disney should do in these situations? Share your thoughts and stories with us in the comments!
