Disney World has discounted one of its most unique experiences.

Visiting Walt Disney World is fun, but it can also be challenging. Picking the right hotel, transportation, and restaurant on any given day can be overwhelming. This problem isn’t helped by the fact that the Walt Disney World Resort spans over 27,000 acres and features dozens of rides and attractions for guests to enjoy.
New experiences are also always on the way, meaning no two Disney World trips will be the same. While many travelers likely focus on the rides themselves, there’s a lot to explore at Walt Disney World that doesn’t require you to buckle up.
One of Disney World’s most unique experiences lets guests create their own action figure. Historically, many guests have skipped this experience due to its high price point. However, Disney World recently discounted the product, meaning more guests may now be open to creating their own Na’vi.

The custom ACE Avatar Maker experience in Pandora—The World of Avatar is now discounted by $30. Guests can craft their own personalized Na’vi figure for $50, a savings of $30 compared to the regular price of $79.99. The experience is located in Windtraders, Pandora’s gift shop.
How The Process Works
Guests sit down and get scanned by cast members. They then get to make several different choices, like hair type, eye color, and stripe pattern. The figure then takes an hour to “grow,” meaning guests will need to leave and then come back to pick them up.
Much like the lightsaber experience at Savi’s Workshop in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the custom Avatar creator is designed to be very immersive. Guests aren’t just paying for a product but a service, though there’s a lot more “meat” to choosing your own lightsaber than crafting an Avatar figurine.
Part of what makes this discount so interesting is that the TRON Identity program, another custom action figure experience at the Magic Kingdom, was also recently discounted. While it’s unknown what may have prompted Disney to cut down on the prices of these experiences, it’s theorized that neither the TRON Identity Program nor the ACE Avatar Maker has been all that popular.
These experiences saw a boom shortly after they opened, Pandora in 2017 and TRON in 2023, but it’s rare to see guests going through the process today.
