A Disney vacation is always a memorable experience, but the costs quickly add up, and it will also be a very expensive experience. Many guests would love to visit Disney theme parks a lot more than they are financially able to. Between the park tickets, the airfare, hotel costs, food, and souvenirs (because merch is a must), some guests can only visit the theme parks every few years.

But what if we told you that you will soon be able to experience your favorite Disney attractions and lands without a park ticket?!

Disneyland Resort is currently celebrating its 70th anniversary, full of limited-time food and beverages, specialty merchandise, new and returning fan-favorite experiences, and so much more. Guests will be flocking to The Happiest Place on Earth to enjoy the massive celebration, which will last through the summer of 2026!

However, Disney knows that not everyone who wants to get down to the Southern California theme park and celebrate will be able to. So, as part of the platinum celebration Disney has announced an exciting new Disney+ experience!

Beginning July 17 — the theme park’s official 70th anniversary — Disney+ will begin streaming SIXTEEN new Disney Parks POV experiences!

These Disney Parks POV experiences will allow Disney+ subscribers to enjoy some of their favorite Disneyland rides and lands from the comfort of their own couch.

Here are the Disneyland attractions that will be a part of the POV experiences:

  • Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Indiana Jones Adventure
  • Radiator Springs Racers
  • Incredicoaster
  • Haunted Mansion
  • Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
  • Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
  • Jungle Cruise
  • Soarin’ Around the World
  • Pixar Pal-A-Round

You may have noticed that we said lands at both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure will also be streaming, and here’s what’s included:

  • Cars Land
  • Avengers Campus
  • Hollywood Land
  • Mickey’s Toon Town
  • Main Street, U.S.A.

As an additional bonus, guests will also be able to enjoy some Disneyland nighttime spectaculars. Disney has not confirmed what these nighttime spectaculars will be, but as part of the 70th anniversary celebration, Disneyland’s nighttime celebrations include the Paint the Night parade, Wondrous Journeys fireworks spectacular, and World of Color Happiness!. So it would not be surprising if all three were going to stream on Disney+.

There are currently two POV experiences available on Disney+, also done in celebration of Disneyland’s 70th. Guests can watch a POV through Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and ride the fan-favorite attraction Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

Disney has not shared if it will add more attractions or land POVs in the future.

Do you love that Disney will be adding Disneyland POV experiences to Disney+? Do you think they should do it for other resorts like Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris? Share your thoughts with us in the comments!
