As Walt Disney World continues to invest in the MagicBand+ wearable, they have announced that select theater shows now support effects during the show. The band will light up and vibrate during portions of the show to provide a more interactive experience. Here’s the announcement:

Experience live entertainment like never before when your MagicBand+ comes to life with dancing lights and haptic vibrations during select theater shows.
Your MagicBand+ can interact with the following shows:
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
- Festival of the Lion King
- Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage
- Disney Jr. Play and Dance!
- For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
- Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!
