Earlier today, we noticed that Walt Disney World had made some significant improvements to the dining reservation search functionality on both the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app. Now, it looks like those changes have been rolled back. As of publish time, both the website and app are showing the old UI. Here’s what we know.
Walt Disney World Dining Search Improvements Rolled Back
The old UI/functionality is currently showing on both the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app. As of publish time, it is unclear if the change was an intentional rollback or not. We have reached out to Walt Disney World for more information, and we’ll be sure to update this article should we learn more.
The changes, which mostly mirror changes made to the Disneyland website earlier this month, improve multi-day searching, allow for more granular time-of-day searching, and much more. The updates have been well-received by Disney fans, and we think that the updates greatly improved the dining reservation searching process.
We hope that the updated dining search functionality returns to the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app soon.
