Universal Orlando Resort has announced that they will live stream the Grand Opening celebration for their newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe, on May 21st. As you may know, Universal Epic Universe will officially open for daily operations on May 22nd. The new theme park has four themed lands, or worlds, that guests enter by walking through portals from a central park-style land called Celestial Park. The four lands are themed to Harry Potter, Universal Classic Monsters, How to Train Your Dragon, and Nintendo.

Universal Orlando Resort announced the details via social media, providing a link for guests to sign-up to be reminded of the live stream. Here are the live stream details:
- When: May 21, 2025
- Where: Live stream of celebration at Epic Universe
- Time: Blue carpet at 6pm, celebration begins 7pm
Universal Epic Universe has technically been open for some time now as the park hosts paid previews. The previews originally began as exclusive to Team Member employees, then the previews branched out to paid previews, with tickets available for Annual Passholders and hotel guests to purchase. For the past week or so, anyone has been able to purchase a ticket and experience Universal Orlando’s third theme park.
