According to BlogMickey.com sources, Universal Orlando Resort has informed Team Members that they are extending the Team Member family preview into early April. Previously, the Team Member family preview was scheduled to conclude at the end of March. Here are the new details.
Epic Universe Team Member Family Preview Extended
The Team Member family preview has been extended until April 5th, giving Team Members and their family members more time to enjoy Epic Universe. The preview is still limited to Team Members and their immediate family members, although that rule of immediate family members only appears to be more of guidelines than actual rules.
From what we understand, this extension is only for dates, not an expansion in the number of tickets that Team Members can receive. There is still a break scheduled in previews in late March for a few days as construction crews make some final adjustments before media previews, which are expected to occur shortly after the Team Member previews conclude.
Still no word on dates for an Annual Passholder preview of Epic Universe, although it has been promised by Universal Orlando.
The grand opening of Epic Universe is scheduled for May 22nd, and public previews are expected to take place in April and May leading up to the grand opening.
