The Disney’s Hollywood Studios braille map has been updated to remove the recently closed Muppets Courtyard. The map includes a visual refresh as well, creating more contrast and a simpler representation of the theme park. This update brings the braille map up to date with not only the recent changes in the theme park, but with the designs of the other three Walt Disney World theme parks as well.

And here’s a look at the simplified (but significantly updated) braille map, featuring defined buildings, new textures, and the recent closure of Muppets Courtyard and the MuppetVision 3D attraction. The map uses simpler colors, ditching the “realistic” design. We assume this change will be helpful for guests who have some degree of vision impairment, not necessarily only guests who are blind.
