The fear is near. As we approach the August 29th debut of Halloween Horror Nights 2025, Universal has begun sales of their Frequent Fear slate of seasonal passes to the event. As a reminder, while Disney sticks to not-so-scary offerings, Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando is a full-bore scare event, complete with gruesome visuals and adult themes. Frequent Fear Pass Prices 2025
As with previous years, there are four tiers of Frequent Fear passes, offering guests a variety of choices on when they’d like to attend the event. Here’s a rundown of the pass types, prices, add-on prices, and eligible dates.
Rush of Fear Pass | $199.99 ($689.99 with Express)
The Rush of Fear pass is the cheapest option, and it’s a pretty good option for locals who like to get their fill of the event quickly, avoiding more crowded nights as the season goes on. The Rush of Fear pass includes all event nights through September 21st.

- Sept. 3–7, 10–14, 16, 17, 19–21
Frequent Fear Pass | $249.99 ($839.99 with Express)
The Frequent Fear pass is a step up from the Rush of Fear, and it includes opening weekend, plus event dates that fall on Sunday to Thursday. The Frequent Fear does not include Friday or Saturday event dates beyond the first weekend.

Frequent Fear Plus | $299.99 ($949.99 with Express)
Frequent Fear Plus includes the same as the Frequent Fear pass, but also adds Friday events.

Ultimate Frequent Fear | $419.99 ($1,199.99 with Express)
They call it ultimate for a reason. The Ultimate Frequent Fear pass is valid on all event nights, and self-parking is free after 5pm on event nights.
All pass types require guests to indicate what they would like the first day of use to be. That means that the total number of visits will depend on the selected start date at the time of purchase. Restrictions apply.
