Bright suns from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on Star Wars Day 2025! We’ve been at Disney’s Hollywood Studios all morning as we take a look at some of the specialty merchandise and souvenirs available for the May the 4th Star Wars Day “holiday”. Walking around has worked up an appetite, so we decided to head over to Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo to check out some limited-time food offerings at Batuu’s quick service spot!

Docking Bay 7 Review: Sliced Eopie Wrap (NEW) | $15.99

Roasted pork loin, capicola ham, spiced broccoli rabe, provolone, and red pepper mulsauce wrapped in pita bread drizzled with herb aïoli and served with yuca fries

Sticking with the in-story naming convention that we love in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, this wrap is a spin on the Ronto wrap at a nearby grab-and-go snack stand. Instead of “Ronto”, you’ll find Eopie, which is a sort of Star Wars camel. Here’s the description of an Eopie from Star Wars, followed by a screenshot of the creature from the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series.

Easily domesticated, eopies serve Tatooine’s settlers as transports and beasts of burden. These tough, desert-adapted quadrupeds can carry heavy loads, but are grumpy and stubborn

Here’s a look at the Sliced Eopie Wrap, which comes with a side of yuca fries topped with aïoli sauce. We’re fans of the yuca fries at Docking Bay 7, and the aïoli sauce was lovely. If you’ve never had yuca fries, you can expect a larger version of a french fry, made from yuca instead of potatoes. The end result is something that is slightly more dense inside but lightly crisped outside.

Taking a closer look at the Sliced Eopie Wrap itself, we find a rather dynamic wrap that was really good. I felt that each of the new ingredients stood out well without overpowering the dish. The capicola ham was a slightly thicker cut than, say, a prosciutto, and it had a much more savory flavor. A slight bit of spice was either due to the ham or the red pepper mulsauce (or both). Either way, there was a hint of spiciness underlying every bite.

Perhaps the standout portion of this dish was the spiced broccoli rabe. I believe that this is the only quick-service broccoli rabe at Walt Disney World, with only a handful of table service options offering it as well. The end result is something that is more elevated than you’d expect from a quick-service wrap, and it shows! There is a wonderful broccoli flavor pushing through whatever spice the kitchen was using. It was delightful and something very different.

Rounding out the wrap, we have a roasted pork loin, which is similar (if not the same) as the roasted pork that you’d find in a traditional Ronto Wrap. Finally, slices of provolone try to melt into the pita a bit. Here are some detailed photos of the Sliced Eopie Wrap, which will be available at Docking Bay 7 through the end of the month (but should be a staple).

Docking Bay 7 Review: Mythrol Orb (NEW) | $6.49

Crystal Blue Raspberry Orb served with Tart Pineapple-Passion Fruit Sauce and Crunchy Streusel

Also new for Star Wars Day (and available through the end of May), is the Mythrol Orb. In Star Wars lore, the Mythrol are a humanoid species with amphibious traits. They had gills and fins on their heads, which were blue. The Mythrol first appeared in The Mandalorian on Disney+.

Turning our attention to the dessert in front of us, we have a striking blue orb placed between a tart pineapple-passion fruit sauce and a crunchy streusel. I won’t beat around the bush with this one – it was almost inedible. The blue orb is a raspberry JELL-O that was certainly house-made but done poorly. The orb was incredibly hard, and the texture was way off – almost like what I’d imagine biting into a slightly thawed frozen chicken would be like. As I write this, I’m less convinced that this was even supposed to be JELL-O, but that’s the closest thing I can compare it to. I wish there was a better way to describe it.

I also wish that the texture/consistency was like a more traditional JELL-O because the strussel and tart pineapple-passion fruit sauce were individually pretty good. I saw a number of guests simply taking one bite of this dessert and tossing it. I put in a little bit more effort than that, combining the other ingredients in the dish to see if it could be saved, but it couldn’t. I’m not sure if I’ve ever used the word “avoid” to describe a food before, but avoid this.
