As Walt Disney World prepares for a Summer debut for the brand new Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade at Magic Kingdom, we now have our first indication that the parade floats are starting to arrive. It’s unclear how many parade floats are at Walt Disney World right now, but it does appear that they are being built off-site and then brought in by flatbed truck.
Disney Starlight Parade Floats Begin Arriving at Walt Disney World
Thanks to an anonymous tipster, we have a first look at what appears to be a parade float on the back of a truck, being delivered to Walt Disney World. The source indicated that the parade floats are being delivered to an area near Magic Kingdom park. In the two photos sent to us, we can see what appears to be a parade float chassis and a theming element.

If we understand what we’re looking at, it looks like the boat could be for a Tangled-themed section of the parade. Of course, these could be for something else entirely and not the Disney Starlight Parade at all, but they appear to be parade related. Walt Disney World has not officially announced a Tangled-themed section of the parade as of publish time. So far, Walt Disney World has announced the following parade float themes:
- Peter Pan
- Frozen
- Encanto
- Moana
- Princesses
- Coco
- Wish
Walt Disney World has not announced an opening date for Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, but current indications are that the parade could debut in the second week of July at Magic Kingdom.
