After more than a decade, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are meeting together again at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The duo split up in 2014, with Minnie Mouse relocated to Storybook Circus, and Mickey Mouse staying put in the Town Square Theater. Since then, they have been separated. Throughout that time, they have received costume updates that have synchronized, but they never met together during the party. This year, that changes. For the first time in more than 10 years, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are meeting together again.
Mickey & Minnie Meet and Greet During Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Guests can find Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in Town Square Theater during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Unlike the Jack Skellington and Sally meet and greet, which begins shortly after 4pm, the Mickey and Minnie meet and greet doesn’t begin until closer to the official party start at 7pm.
The reason for the “delayed” start is that the park is still open and available for day guests to meet with Magician Mickey until 6pm. It takes some time for Mickey to meet with the final day guests and then get ready with Minnie Mouse to meet with Not-So-Scary guests, so a 7pm start time makes sense.

In terms of timing, you’ll find some of the lowest wait times of the evening during the Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. We jumped in line to a posted 10-minute wait time around 8:45pm as the last floats were entering Town Square after watching the first parade in Frontierland. While the initial line was low, the actual wait time ended up being somewhere around 25-30 minutes. It seemed like there were some unforeseen issues that halted the line for a significant amount of time. It’s unlikely that you’ll experience the same thing.
Either way, once the line started moving again, our actual (non-interrupted) wait time probably would’ve been right around 10 minutes. That’s a pretty low wait compared to the average posted wait time throughout the evening of roughly 45 minutes.
You can expect large crowds following the 8:15pm parade, and following the 10pm fireworks show. For the first night, there were also elevated wait times for the 7pm “rope drop”, but that could be due to the bloggers/vloggers/locals that wanted to meet with Mickey and Minnie for the first time in more than a decade at the party. It remains to be seen if that novelty continues to drive a 7pm “rope drop” crowd or if that was a one-off.
Here’s a look at Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse! They are wearing the same costumes as last year. The costumes debuted at the 2024 Halloween party, so they should still feel fresh for guests who didn’t attend last year, or who didn’t get a chance to meet with Mickey or Minnie. Of course, there’s nothing like being able to meet them together!
