There’s meeting your favorite Disney character, and then there’s taking things way too far.

A former Disney Cast Member recently shared a story on TikTok that’s leaving fans stunned—and a little horrified.

The video recalls an unforgettable (and wildly uncomfortable) character interaction that took place before Princess Fairytale Hall even existed. At the time, Rapunzel and the other princesses were meeting guests inside Town Square Theater at Magic Kingdom. It was during the nightly fireworks, so the meet-and-greet line was practically empty—usually a quiet time for Cast Members.

But not this night.

Not Your Average Fan Encounter

Katrina, a popular Disney TikToker, explained that, as Rapunzel, she was used to meeting all kinds of guests. But nothing prepared her for what was about to happen. A man approached, seemingly alone, and said he was excited to meet her. That’s when he showed off a tattoo… of Rapunzel. But this wasn’t your typical Disney-inspired ink.

It was explicit. And Rapunzel immediately noticed it wasn’t just one tattoo. His entire body was covered in risqué versions of Disney Princesses. She was so taken aback that she refused his request for a hug—then refused his next request, a photo.

Her reply was clear: “None of us are going to take a picture with you.”

At this point, the attendants and PhotoPass photographers realized something was off. Rapunzel—still technically in character—began stepping out of the scene to warn the Cast Members about what was going on.

But the guest? He simply moved down the line to meet the next princess and repeated the same routine.

As Rapunzel notified the others behind the scenes, the experience started to shift from awkward to inappropriate. The princesses, understandably shaken, stopped all interaction with the guest. Soon after, a manager arrived.

Security Steps In… With Sweatpants

The manager’s reaction? Shock. They reportedly said something along the lines of, “How did you even get into the park like this?”

The guest was immediately pulled aside. According to the TikToker, the manager offered him a solution: Disney would provide long sleeve shirts and sweatpants for him to wear as cover-up. But if he refused? Security would remove him from the park.

It’s unclear whether he accepted the clothes or was escorted out—but either way, the message was clear: You can be a fan of Disney Princesses, but there’s a line. And this guy sprinted past it.

The Internet Reacts

The story, which quickly gained attention on TikTok and Disney fan forums, has sparked debates about guest behavior, boundaries, and what Cast Members are expected to tolerate. While most Disney guests are respectful and excited to meet their favorite characters, stories like this serve as a reminder that Cast Members often deal with situations far beyond the fairytale façade.

As one commenter put it, “That poor Rapunzel. I can’t imagine trying to stay in character through that.”

Another added, “Good for her for speaking up and putting safety first. Those princesses deal with so much behind the scenes.”
