Spring break crowds have arrived at Walt Disney World Resort. This week, one Disney Park guest shared a video of thousands of guests lining up for the Disney Skyliner an hour before Early Theme Park Entry began at EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Anytime public schools are on break is a busy time for Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Spring break and the week between Christmas and New Year’s often bring the worst crowd levels, and this year is no exception.

Many Disney Park guests reported increased crowding earlier this month, even before most schools and employers went on spring break. Now, with more than a month until Easter, loyal Walt Disney World Resort guests are fleeing the Central Florida destination as crowds descend on the theme parks.
On Sunday, TikTok user @hollypalombotravel shared this video of guests lined up at Disney’s Pop Century Resort for the Disney Skyliner an hour before EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios opened for Early Entry. The Disney Park guest said they thought an hour was plenty of time to beat the crowds…
@hollypalombotravel Getting to your resort transportation 1 hour before early entry might not be enough this spring break! Plan ahead, folks. #popcentury #springbreak #skyliner #disney
“I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had to wait this far back,” the Disney Park guest wrote.
The video amassed over 300,000 views and thousands of likes and comments. Many Disney Parks fans said crowds like these make them avoid Walt Disney World Resort during spring break.
“This is why I’ll always take my kid out of school vs waiting for a break,” @cecemcgee32 wrote.

“You couldn’t pay me to go during spring break,” said @mariafab23.
Still, the TikToker said they had a much better experience when they arrived 35 minutes earlier, around 6:55 a.m. They shared this video of families lined up in the dark, waiting for the Disney Skyliner to open:
@hollypalombotravel Replying to @nanist0v4r If you are staying at a Skyliner resort here is a good idea of the line at 6:55! The Skyliner technically opens at 7:30. #springbreak #disney #popcentury #skyliner #epcot #flowerandgardenfestival
The Disney Skyliner opens at 7:30 a.m. most days. Since Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort share one station, it tends to be the busiest. Try grabbing an easy-to-eat breakfast and getting in line as early as possible for the smoothest rope drop experience at EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
