Ahead of the debut of The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure this summer, Walt Disney World has removed the billboard that previously advertised the old Voyage of the Little Mermaid show. The billboard was previously removed in September 2020, leading to early rumors of the show’s closure. The billboard ended up returning shortly thereafter, but rumors of the show’s closure ended up being true. Now, as Walt Disney World prepares for a new version of a Little Mermaid show, the billboard has been removed again – but this time it’s different.

And here’s a look at the building as it stands today. Not only has the billboard been removed, but so too has the frame that held it. Note that the attraction signage was already removed. Here’s a look!
