The Be Fair to Florida movement has claimed a rare win. Typically, specialty offerings and experiences are limited to Disneyland, where Disney often playtests experiences close to Walt Disney Imagineering headquarters in California. It is rare for limited-time offerings to make their way to Walt Disney World, but this May 4th, guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will get to experience something originally announced as a Disneyland exclusive. “Reclaimed and Reforged” Savi’s Workshop Lightsaber Experience
Over the centuries, countless lightsabers fell into the hands of smugglers and bounty hunters. Remnants of ancient battles and abandoned scrap have been scavenged from the distant reaches of the galaxy’s outer rim. Now, Guests can build them into elegant tools that symbolize balance in The Force.
This new, limited-time offering will be available on Batuu starting May 4th, 2025, while supplies last.
This limited-time offering will bring new scrap to Savi’s Workshop, giving guests a unique way to customize their lightsabers. Disney says that the scraps have been scavenged by different pirates throughout the galaxy and made their way to Batuu. The standard offerings of Peace and Justice, Power and Control, Elemental Nature, and Protection and Defense will be offered alongside the limited-time Reclaimed and Reforged story as well.
All lightsabers are $249.99 plus tax, and a full payment is due at the time of booking. Guests can make one lightsaber per paid builder, per experience. The experience is recommended for guests 5 and older, with at least one person in the party required to be 14 years old or older.
