Hello, I recently found a Mickey animation cell for sale. It is framed and the sellers are a reputable comic/animation resellers. What we can’t see is if there’s a certificate of authenticity inside the frame. They have said that the little watermark on the front also serves as a authenticity marking. Can anyone help me out with this one?
